How can I retrieve emails using Matlab?

Use ActiveX to control Outlook, if you're using Outlook.

Then you'll have to figure it out yourself. There are ActiveX commands on Microsoft's site. Sometimes it can be made easier if you can record a macro, like in Excel, where you can look at the commands. However I don't know if you can record a macro in Outlook. I'm not saying it's easy, but it is possible if you're willing to work at it. Are you?
