1.Single queue, two servers and Two individual waiting queues for each server. Arriving customers alternate between joining server 1 and server 2 queues with each arrival. Interarrival times are Erlang(m=2,Lambda=1)
Is the sojourn times same as :Mean time to go through the system+the waiting time?
