Matlab cant open aftaer instal

after opening the matlab that was just installed, why always just ask for an activation code, even though it was before.. use standalone

Run As Administrator once.

Done but stilk cant be oppened.when i will open it alwasy ask to activate,succesful but cant open .

Did you happen to install into a disk other than C: ?

First i install from diskD the uninstal and i reinstall from disk c
