Is there any implementation of the VGG feature based perceptual loss in MATLAB?

I need to train a super-resolution network on MATLAB with the perceptual loss. It seems that MATLAB does not have that capability, it only supports basic inbuilt loss functions such as the MSE. A pre-trained VGG is already avaliable in MATLAB, is there any any way to utilize its features for a loss function?
