MSIReader Software issue errors

Hello,

I'm not sure of the best place to post this but I work at a University and we are having some issues with some (not all) datasets. Could you please advise on steps to get them to work with the program? The ones that aren’t working in MSIReader v1.0.1 will work with another program.

Error below:
