Downloading CSV file Google Drive

I have a csv import script that I run once a day when a new csv file is added to a Google Drive location that I don't own. How can I get my script to download the file directly from google drive?
Presently I have to go to Google Drive, Right Click, Download, then manually move the file to the data location where my script is reading from.
