Why I cannot connect Six-Pulse Gate Multiplexer to Three-Level Converter in Matlab 2016b?

Because you use a Three-Level Converter that is expecting 12 gate signals. If you want to use the Three-Level Converter (Three-Phase) block then a Twelve-Pulse Gate Multiplexer is needed. The Six-Pulse Gate Multiplexer can be connected to the Conveter (Three-Phase) block.
