Sorry for subverting the question, but I just had to once I realized I could exploit the determinism of the test suite :)

part of the required solution was to build 2 vectors, then provide the answer to the difference between the means of those 2 vectors...this "leading solution" provides no vector creation at all, just a scalar "answer" that satisfies all the Test Suite criteria

@Victory No, this is the kind of solution you come up with after studying the test suite and looking for patterns in the correct values, without really solving the problem posed.
