BIOM5403 Synthetic Dataset Generator

Generates a .csv representing a dataset of electronic health records.

Creates a comma separated value (.csv) file representing an electronic health record dataset. The columns of the dataset include age, sex, and six cardiovascular conditions selected from a University of Ottawa Heart Instititue site. The script uses a set of random variables to generate each patient record. The distribution of each of these random variables are provided in two plots.
