The Project Triangle is a tool used in project management to visualise the trade-offs between resources, time and scope/quality. The principle behind it is that adjusting one variable inevitably affects the others, so careful balancing is required to achieve a successful outcome.

The attached Livescript enables interactive point selection via mouse click, both inside and outside the project triangle. It calculates variable allocations and displays percentage distributions using barycentric coordinates.
