Extended version of FT.m func of file ID: #21130

This function is the new version of FT.m function of package ID: #21130.

The previous version was processes each voxels. However, new version just processes ROI voxels. I also changed some lines of the code and canceled textdisplay for performance issues. While fiber tracking on a specific ROI takes 26 sec by previous version, the new version finishes fiber tracking in half sec in my PC(Intel Core 2 Duo 3.00 GHz, 4 Gb RAM).
This code is developed at BUMIL (Bogazici University Medical Imaging Lab) in Istanbul, Turkey.
