stopwatch

A simple GUI for tic/toc. Multiple stopwatch instances can run in parallel.

The stopwatch runs at a resolution of 0.01 seconds with an accuracy of +/- 0.005 seconds -- well, actually there is no such thing as real-time involved here, so simply forget about accuracy.

Control:
* left click ..................................... start / stop
* any key (except modifier keys) ... start / stop
* right click ................... interim time value / continue
* any modifier key ......... interim time value / continue

* start ...... starts the timer at 00:00:00,00
* stop ....... stops the stopwatch
* continue ... starts the timer at the last stopped value
* interim .... displays current value, timer continues in the background (right-click/modifier key to display current timer count again)
