IMAGE TO .COE CONVERTER

Converts '*.bmp;*.tif;*.jpg;*.pgm' image files to .coe file

Once the program is run, we can select image, then it converts the given image to a inputHex.coe file(This name can be changed in the code to any name you want,even the extension can be changed).
The maximum input pixels considered is 256x256. (This resolution can be changed in the file.)
The radix is=16, thus hexadecimal values are present in the coe file. (Radix can also be modified in the program.)
The total locations = 65536 pixels(since, 256x256).
