Ephemeris databases to support Aerospace Toolbox and Aerospace Blockset celestial applications. These databases are the NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory databases for several planets in the solar system and other celestial-related data. For an example of how to use ephemeris data to do marine navigation in conjunction with the Aerospace Toolbox, go to:

Trying to install on R2016b, the support package installer failed. Downloaded the patch to the support package installer from this link: https://www.mathworks.com/support/bugreports/details/1507667. Stopped R2016b, unzipped and replaced the two *.jar files as the Windows administrator, re-started R2016b. Download still hangs. I am behind a proxy, so that may be an issue, though support packages for R2018b have installed through the proxy just fine. Could be the size of this download exceeds timing limits on the proxy server, etc. in which case it should be offered as a *.zip or self-installing *.exe file, so the browser can re-start the connection and continue a partial download.

Very hard to download the files from mathworks.
The implementation is slow.
