In the attached files, we have used profile matching and random walker algorithm to automatically segment posterior-anterior lung x-ray. The paper behind the technique is:

Type 'TUBGUI_003' to launch the algorithm. We have provided two files as sample to demonstrate the segmentation: ‘PATIENT07.mat’ and ‘PATIENT08.mat’.
