Plotting the NCEP reanalysis synoptic charts in a nice way

Helps plotting a sequence of Sea Level Pressure (or any other element) synoptic charts on a geographic map of a region, with any time step: 6, 12, or 24 hours. Subplot matrix may vary from 1x1 to 2x3 to 3x4 etc up to your needs. As the two preliminary steps, downloading the multiple-years reanalysis data and the free m_map package are needed. Both are simple and explained in the function code comments. Release 2014B and above.
