The code is created largely based on the alluvial diagram (https://nl.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/66746-alluvial-flow-diagram). It improves the alluvial diagram in two respects:
1. It can plot a Sankey diagram with multiple blocks
2. For each block, the left and right ends do not have to be balanced.

Text labels have to be added separately.
