The given values are-....R=10 ohm , L=0.4 Henry. Peak ac voltage=220v.
Formulaes used:
Active power P = V * I * cosφ
Reactive power Q = V * I * sinφ
Apparent power S = V * I
S=√(P^2+Q^2 )

Power factor ,cosφ = (Active power P)/(Apparent power S)

We can use any values of Resistance and inductance .This is a general model.
