Aleem Khalid Alvi is a professor at Information and Communication Engineering Technology (ICET), School of Engineering Technology and Applied Science (SETAS), Centennial College, Toronto, Canada. He taught many courses in the area of computer programming, operating system, and cybersecurity. Mr. Alvi is also a doctoral candidate and research assistant in the School of Computing at Queens University, Canada. He is a member of the Queen's Reliable Software Technology (QRST) research group. His research interests include software security, cloud security, network security, cryptography and steganography. He received a Bachelor of Science (Applied Mathematics) from the University of Karachi, Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical Engineering) and Master of Science (Electrical Engineering, Specialization in Computer System) from NED University of Engineering and Technology, Karachi, Pakistan.
