Fit existing boundary model to data

Syntax

B = Fit(B,data)

Description

B = Fit(B,data) fits the boundary model B to the data in data.

Examples

Fit Boundary Model to New Data

Create a boundary model and fit the model to new data.

B = fitmbcboundary(randn(100,2));
newData = randn(200,2);
B = Fit(B,newData)

Input Arguments

B — Boundary model to fit

mbcboundary.Model object

Boundary model to fit, specified as an mbcboundary.Model object.

data — Input data

matrix

Input data for fitting the boundary model, specified as a double matrix with one column for each input to the boundary model. The number of columns must match the value of the NumInputs property of B.

Output Arguments

B — Fitted boundary model

mbcboundary.Model object

Fitted boundary model, returned as an mbcboundary.Model object. After fitting, the Fitted property is set to true.
