Is it possible to compile all of the MATLAB function in .NET?

Is it possible to support all the MATLAB function in .NET? Such as sim, predict, mpcstate, etc.

I think you are talking about MATLAB Builder NE, right? If so, there are restrictions to what can be compiled:
