You can take an image of what you call the background without the objects you will want to extract in the future. Once you introduce the objects in the image (the same one but with the "additions" in it), you can easily perform the subtraction of the background identifying similarities in both images and saving the differences. The differences on the second image will be the image (your objects) without the background.
