.bat not recognised in MATLAB 2012a, windows 8,64 bit

"one_sfun.bat' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file"
I am using MATLAB 2012a in windows 8,64 bit OS.I get the above message when i tried to run a MATLAB function file. I have installed windows SDK 7.1 in compatibility mode (Windows XP SP2).I have read all questionnaire but all try to solve for windows 7 oly..

Don't worry about the warnings for your purposes; you are not attempting to use the compiler in the ways that would be affected by what is being warned about.
