How can I uninstall matlab 2012 if I can't find the uninstall.exe in the matlab folder

I am trying to uninstall matlab to do a fresh install and can't find the uninstall.exe in the matlab folder.

How can I uninstall matlab?

uninstall.exe is typically located in a folder with a path equal or similar to (for 64 bit, but you will find the equivalent folder for 32 bit)

...\MATLAB\R2012b\uninstall\bin\win64
