How to make gui for detection of number of objects present in binary image?

sir i am doing work on objects detection using gui in binary image, but i have problem during making GUI. so sir please help me regarding the making GUI for such.

Try this framework: http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/24224-magic-matlab-generic-imaging-component It's a good starting point and does some simple particle/region sizing.
