How to know the transfer function and plot the poles of coupled high order differential equations?

Hi,
I want to know the transfer function and plot the poles of high order ODE's. But don't know how to do it!!
My equations are:
dy1/dt = (-c1*y1)+(c2*y1*y2);
dy2/dt = (c3*y1)-(c2*y2*y3)+(c3*y1*y3)+(c4*(y3^2));
dy3/dt = (c2*y2*y3)+(c5*y2)-((c6*y2*y3)/(c7+y3));
where, c's are non-negative constants between 0.1 - 10.
Please help me out. Thanks in advance.

Transfer functions are representations of linear time-invariant systems. Your system is not linear. You can implement your system in Simulink and then linearize it to get a transfer function as explained on linearization page.
You also need to add inputs and outputs to your system to start computing transfer functions, otherwise you only have states.
