New Simulink build error

I have suddenly started receiving this error when I attempt to build a Simulink (MATLAB 2013a 8.1 on Windows 7) model:

Undefined function 'xpc_tfl_blas_hook' for input arguments of type 'RTW.TflTable'.

I have been compiling for an xPC Target for a while now, and this problem seems to come out of nowhere. I have tried reinstalling MATLAB but the problem persists. Also, this problem occurs for any model I try building, so does not appear to be model specific.
