how to write code for integerator block in simulink without using the simulink block ?

hi all,

I want to write a code for integrator block in simulink.Can i replace the block with matlab function file using eulers formula.Please help me on this.I cannot simply use an integrator block in simulink because i am finally using a plc coder to convert the simulink model to plc code which doesnt support integrator block.If there are any other methods please suggest.
