how can i find the step response of the buck converter through the scope ?

hi i did the dc-dc converter (Buck converter) in matlab by using PI and Fuzzy logic controllers and i want to compare between then through the result of step response from the output of scope when i use to workspace block

i tied the stepinfo but it's give me large values of time, which it should be in msec these are the results below i got. is there any way to correct it?
