Error in connecting the oscilloscope to matlab

Hi! I want to connect an Agilent Oscilloscope InfiniiVision DSO-X 2002A series to matlab, but I get an error "Error using softscope (line 49) SOFTSCOPE can not be started: To learn about using data acquisition devices on the win64 platform, see the documentation on the session-based interface."

I already installed an ivi software(required by agilent) and I already have an data acquisition toolbox. Please help. I'm currently using windows 7 64bit
