Please suggest some genuine sources for getting database of MR images with brain tumours.

Due to patient privacy laws, you will have difficulty finding this.

Hi , go to MICCAI BRATS (Brain Tumor Segmentation Challenge) , which consists of 3D MRI brain scans, in the MetaImage (.mha) file format.
