There is much difference for ActiveX Controls when install the same matlab procedure by 32bit version and 64bit version

I have downloaded the install procedure, when I install it on my computer, selecting 64bit version(my computer is 64bit); I cant find some ActiveX Controls, such as LED ActiveX Control, Linear Gauge ActiveX Control and so on.
but if i install it, selecting 32bit version, all ActiveX Controls can be found. why? I think I should install matlab of 64bit version on my computer, but...; so how shall I do?

I have informed by emails this question have been answered by many persons; but until now I have found nothing.
