How to extract the data from google sheet to MATLAB workspace variables?

Hi
I have huge data in googlesheet (say 10000 rows and 100 columns). I need to convert all those data to matlab workspace variables. Is that possible to transfer those data? Does matlab has features to be taken care of this steps?
