Commenting Code inside for loop. Orientation Issue

Normal Comment:

% my_var = 20

Commenting using Ctrl+R after selecting whole for loop:

% for i = 1:10
%     disp('This is not good :(');
% end

Commenting each line one by one

% for i = 1:10
    % disp('This is not good :(');
% end

Is there a way to select the whole for loop and using Ctrl+R comment like in the last case?

Many times when the for loop is large or 2 or 3 times nested the second commenting style really messes up the orientation and look of the code.

No, but enhancement requests for this have been submitted (by me at least).
