How do i take a certain amount of rows from a matrix and then group every 4 in plots?

I have a really long data set of two columns. 2 columns but i need every 1328 rows grouped together. then i want to plot all of them but group every 4 per plot. how can i do that? then how can i set the labels on those plots when there are so many?

Hi, can you provide a little bit more context to your question? I would like to know how do you want the rows to be grouped and what do you mean by "group 4 per plot"?
