Spline with input (Xs,Ys, tilts) and output (Zs), give one Z

I have 10 points with different fix X and Y coordinates Constraints: 1) One of these points has fix X , Y, Z coordinates 2) All of the points have different fix tilt
I need to create a surface on with this 10 points with these two constrains Question: Does Matlab have a spline function that could create this surface (i.e. input (Xs,Ys, tilts) and output (Zs), give one Z)

By "tilts" do you mean that you have the surface normals at those (X(K),Y(K),Z(K)) points ?

I believe the answer is fairly likely "NO", that Matlab does not have a spline function that could create the surface.
For clever and robust ways of building such a function, I would recommend asking John D'Errico for suggestions.
