At which step of the installation process did you first encounter difficulties that prevented you from completing the installation, and what were those difficulties?
If you received the installation files from your license administrator (likely someone in your IT department) did they send you instructions on how to use those files? If not you may want to work with them to ensure you're using the files they downloaded.
