the ble command cannot run correctly on Windows 11 but correctly on Windows 10

in windows 10, when typing ble("ble devices address") command, the matlab command line window return the specific information about the ble devices immediately which I connected to the MATLAB, and I can get data from the ble device in the same time, but in Windows 11, when typing ble("ble devices address") command, it return "错误使用 ble
