How to build s-function in simulink and generate code to the arduino

Hello all; i am trying to make a data acquisition module from arduino (attached to an MPU9150) in simulink ... so i read that i can do this by building a s-function but i don't know how can i do this .... this s-function should read the values from the gyroscope and accelerometer embedded in the mpu ... and if there is another method for doing this ....also i can't find necessary ressources for simulink and arduino together plz help thanks a lot
