Help window is still a CPU pig - R2019a

Continuing the slew of complaints I've found for previous versions: more often than not if I leave the Help window open, in the background, not doing any word search, it suddenly grabs a huge percentage of my CPU.
Seen under Windows 10 and 11.

The ability to limit the CPU usage by the MATLAB process is not available in MATLAB, you must configure your operating system to schedule things differently.
On the Windows platform right-click on the MATLAB process in the task manager and selecting a lower priority.
You could also try tools for this purpose. For example:

That's beside the point. MATLAB runs multiple processes depending on how many windows/panels are open and what calculations are happening. What my complaint is, and the identical complaints going back years, is that the Help Window process will spontaneously go from "idle" to cranking up a lot of CPU. Throttling MATLAB as a whole will not fix this internal error.
Something in the Help Window sub-processs goes haywire and shouldn't.

Hello Carl, thanks for highlighting this issue; I work at Mathworks and have forwarded this issue to our relevant team; they are aware of it and are working towards resolving it. However, it is hard to tell the timeline for resolution.
