Unable to look up help documentation

When I type in the function name that I want to look up in the prompt at the upper right corner, I will see the preview of some search results.

However, when I try to click the result for details, I get this from command window:

I tried restart MATLAB and my PC and the problem holds.

Either reinstall or call tech support.
