"Are you up-to-date on Software Maintenance" problem

Everytime I try to install add on explorer it shows Are you up-to-date on Software Maintenance?
Help me to solve it please

What is your answer to the question they asked you : "Yes" or "No"? What happened when you clicked yes or no?
If you'lre not up to date, call sales and update your license. If you only paid for 2020, you can't just get stuff from 2023 for free. As with all commercial software you need to pay for upgrades.

Add-On Explorer can only be used if you are under Software Maintenance Support (SMS).
If your support has expired then you need to manually download software from the File Exchange, or manually use the product installer.
Another way of putting this is that Mathworks considers Add-On Explorer to be a value-added service that you are paying through support contracts, and stop getting access to when your support contracts expire.

How do I install it manually using File Exchange, I am have classroom license and when I run ver in matlab it says that I have Control System License but I cannot install it using addon button..
