How to get pixel's position of an image in app.Image or app.UIAxes in AppDesigner?

I'm using MATLAB R2022a

Here's the scrrenshot i took.

I get the image by using 'Select image' button. (uigetfile)

What i want is if i click the app.Image or app.UIaxes after getting the image, i want to get the coordinate of the clickpoint and rgb data variable.

I also want to draw the circle using the coordinates.

I tried using datacursormode and drawcircle.

but it didn't work.
