Load MAT files and Then Save new MAT file with same Name after calculations

If I have a series of MAT files and want to load it and then perform some calculation on it and then save all the new MAT files with the same name. Lets say I have files names like A123_T84_F10.mat, A123_T84_F25.mat, A183_T76_F60.mat ,etc. the names are random. Please suggest me what I ll do. Thanks
