hi, i'm trying get an estimate of the LPC coefficient that provides a least squares error that fits a speech waveform and i need the order the waveform. pls how do i get the order? thanks in advance for a quick response

You can use information-theoretic criteria. For a specific example in MATLAB using the System Identification Toolbox, please see
