why can't i find simscape multibody link in solidworks toolbox even after successful installation?

I have used this documentation to install.The addin is also diplayed in the addin manager but inspite of that , the export option is not displayed under tools bar.

I followed the same procedure on other laptops and it was successfull. image 1 is to show that the simscape multibody link is not displayed under toolbar and image 2 to show that addin is successfull and recognised by solidworks

It seems that you are encountering an issue with enabling the Simscape Multibody Link plugin in SolidWorks. The Simscape Multibody Link plugin is designed to export SolidWorks "Assembly models" and not "Parts." Based on the images you have uploaded I assume you are working on a “Part”.
