hello every one, i have simulation of my program in MATLAB 2016 but i have problem in matlab function when i convert it to MATLAB 2010

What happened after you ran mex -setup as the message suggested, selected a supported compiler, and tried creating the MEX-files again?

i dident install any compiler

Since mex requires a compiler, you must have one installed. You can find the list fairly easily by searching for 'supported compilers Matlab R2010a'.
