Is any one know how to write this in MATLAB..?

I have attached a file here, can any one tell me that how to write that formula in matlab script..?

It’s ‘windowed mean’. This is probably the context of the equation:
x = rand(20,1);
M = 10;
for i = 1:11
y(i) = mean(x(i + [0:M-1]));
end

i have the values like 23000, for that how can we write..?

Is that the length of x, or the value of M?

here i have attached my data, in that you can see the column of 7 and 11.... i=all values in column 7. M=length(i).
