To address your question about the PX4 flight controller and the firmware location issue, here are some steps and resources that should help you resolve the problem:
Ensure that your MATLAB release is compatible with the PX4 firmware. You can refer to the system requirements for the UAV Toolbox here.
Make sure that your hardware is one of the supported PX4 autopilots listed in the documentation: Supported PX4 Autopilots - MATLAB & Simulink
After installing the support package, it’s essential to complete the hardware setup step before using the support package with Simulink. As indicated in the error message, go through the hardware setup screens and provide the correct location of the PX4 firmware. Then ensure that you have followed all the setup and configuration steps for your particular system as listed in https://www.mathworks.com/help/uav/setup-and-configuration-px4.html
This should resolve the issue you’re experiencing.
If you continue to encounter problems, I recommend checking the following documentation for additional troubleshooting steps: https://www.mathworks.com/help/uav/px4/ug/troubleshooting-firmware-upload-px4.html
