I'd like to build the three-phase inverters with this topology NPC, ANPC, TNPC

can be somehow used the Modular Multilevel Converter (Three-Phase) block for this purposes or rather build it up by discrete semiconductor SimScape components?

The Modular Multilevel Converter (Three-Phase) can not be configured to the mentioned topologies. You can build these topologies using discretes from https://mathworks.com/help/sps/semiconductors.html.

Simscape Electrical does include a NPC three-level converter (three-phase) as well:
